It started with a glut of citrus.

Morning Rind began on a kitchen counter, with more fruit than two people could ever eat and a stubborn refusal to waste any of it. Created from a simple idea: make wholesome, delicious fruit snacks with minimal processed ingredients.

Today we continue to produce small batches, whole ingredients, focused on quality. We make little and often, so nothing sits long enough to forget where it came from.

Everything is made by hand, by us, the morning it goes out. If it's on the shelf, it's fresh. When it's gone, we're already making the next one.

But our vision goes beyond healthy snacks. We wanted to build a business rooted in community—one that creates meaningful relationships with local businesses, supports other small businesses, and gives back to the people who call Hawaiʻi home.

As we grow, we're committed to donating a portion of our success to community based outreach organizations that support local families and help strengthen our community.
